    I communicate primarily through email, ensuring clear and efficient correspondence. However, we can also have Teams calls during project work or for catch-ups as needed. This approach helps prevent overwhelm and provides a reference for all parties to refer back to, ensuring everyone stays informed and involved.

    Yes, I am fully insured with Policy Bee.

    Getting started is easy. You can opt for a free 15-minute discovery call or agree to proceed directly via email. Once confirmed, I’ll send over a contract and my terms of business. After you sign and pay the first invoice, I’ll begin working. Whether it's a one-off project or ongoing support, my goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient process, allowing you to focus on your priorities while I handle the rest.
  • Where are you based?
    I'm based in Somerset, UK. Even if you're not located in Somerset, we can still work together effectively to support your business needs through email and video conferencing. Distance is not a barrier to providing you with high-quality and personalised support.
  • What if I only need a few hours support?
    No problem at all! I can provide support tailored to your needs, whether it's just one hour or regular assistance. My services are flexible, allowing you to get the help you need without committing to long-term contracts. This way, you can manage your workload efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • How do you access my accounts securely?
    I use LastPass to securely receive your passwords without actually seeing them. This ensures that your sensitive information remains confidential and protected while allowing me to access the necessary accounts to provide you with seamless support.
